What It Is
Laser360™ consists of a series of office visit treatments with an aesthetic medical professional. The treatments are safe, comfortable and effective without injections, surgery or downtime. What It Treats

Treating brown(age) spots
Pigmented Lesions (also called freckles, liver spots or age spots) are flat, brown areas usually found on the hands, face, chest, arms, legs and back. They are associated with aging; buy chronic sun exposure is also a major contributor. Pigmented Lesions can now be removed with a simple procedure that is non-invasive, and safer than ever before.
Although there are several methods used to remove pigmented lesions, the method we perform is a light based treatment. These treatments target red and brown pigment. When the light energy is absorbed in the pigmented lesion, it breaks up the melanin that causes the discoloration and allows it to be carried away by the blood or brought to the surface of the skin. Light based treatments are usually pain-free. Most patients describe slight discomfort when being treated; similar to being snapped with a rubber band. Usually a cold gel is applied to the area prior to treatment. During the treatment, precise pulses of light are applied to the pigmented lesions. Pigmented lesions will darken slightly after treatment, and then fade away after 7-10 days.
Most patients will experience mild temporary redness, similar to sunburn, in the treated area shortly after treatment. |
